Author. Book Title [Online]; Series Information (if application); Publisher: Place of Publication, Year; Volume Number, Pagination. URL (accessed month day, year).

For instance,

Kim, J. Nutritive Values of Foods. [Online]; U.S. Department of Agriculture: New York, 2014; 1-100, https://books.google.com/books?id=RAQUAAAAYAAJ&q=Nutritive+Values+of+Foods&dq=Nutritive+Values+of+Foods&hl=en&sa=X&ei=VvAvVajNOcqrogT49IHwDg&ved=0CDIQ6AEwAQ (accessed April 16, 2015).
