Book references in the ACS consists of authors, chapter title, book title, edition number, series information, publisher, place of publication, year, volume number, and pagination.  However, some ACS publication did not include the chapter title in the book reference.  You need to check the publication itself.

Book titles should be italicized. Year should not be bold. Between year and volume you need to add a semicolon.

For example,

Author. Chapter Title. Book Title, Edition Number; Series Information (if applicable); Publisher:Place of Publication, Year; Volume Number, Pagination.

Author. Book Title; Series Information (if applicable); Publisher:Place of Publication, Year; Volume Number, Pagination.
