You can't combine them into a single reference.  However, you can provide them in the same place.  Do not use abbreviations such as the ibid or idem. 

For example, 

1. Same authors

Kim. J. J. Chem.Soc. 2000, 3, 10-15; Kim, J. Vib.Spectrosc. 2005, 10, 50-55. 

2. Same authors of multiple articles in the same journal

Bones, W. J.Environ.Sci.Technol. 2002, 10, 10-15; Bones, W. J.Environ.Sci.Technol. 2005, 30, 100-115.
