Most of the time, online encyclopedias and dictionaries do not provide authors'/editors' names. Therefore, locate the entry name to the front of the citation. Also, list the publication dates if it is available. 

For example,

Feminism. (n.d.). In Encyclopedia Britannica online. Retrieved from http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/724633/feminism
