If you need to find a high quality artwork photograph, there are a few places you can look. One would be to search on Artstor, an online Digital Library for artwork. On Artstor, after creating an account (it's free if you have a university email), you can download the image of an artwork along with the captions and any other information in the database. You can also find high quality artwork photographs on museum websites. If you happen to know the museum collection where the piece is, it is possible that the museum website will have a high quality image of the artwork, though finding it may take a little bit more time than finding an image on Artstor. Always check Google Images as a last resort. Google Images has many problems associated with it, described at "Why is Google Images not a good place to find photographs for artworks?"
